Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his estranged wife Aaliya Siddique are currently embroiled in a legal battle against each other. Earlier today, Aaliya headed to her Instagram handle and posted a video of herself, also featuring her kids, and claimed that they have been 'thrown out' of the actor's bungalow. But, the latest report claimed that the bungalow doesn't belong to the actor, but to his mother.
Reportedly, Nawazuddin has already named his property in the name of his mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui. Hence, the actor lacks the authority to bar anyone from visiting the home. Now, Mehrunisa's caretaker has asserted that kids can enter the property, but not their mother.
Not only this, Aaliya had also mentioned in her video that she was left with just Rs. 81 in her account and has no space to live. But, according to Pinkvilla, a source close to Nawazuddin stated that he already purchased Aaliya a luxurious apartment in Bombay in 2016, while she has been renting it out ever since.
Earlier, in the day, Aaliya Siddiqui posted a video on her Instagram handle and claimed that she and her children were 'thrown out' of the house. She penned a long note, reading, "This is the truth of Nawazuddin Siddiqui who did not even spare his own innocent children..when after being in the house for 40 days I stepped out as office bearers at Versova police station called me urgently..but when I went back to the house with my children Nawazuddin siddiqui had deputed a number of guards to not let us in."

She further noted, "Me and my children were bruetly left by this man to be on the road.. my daughter could not believe that her own father can do this to her and was howling and crying on the road.. thankfully one of my relatives took us in her one room house..this small mentality and this cruel planning of throwing me and my children out of the house and bringing us to the roads just shows how small this man Nawazuddin Siddiqui is..sharing three videos where you can see the reality of this man."
