Aaliyah Kashyap-Shane Gregoire Wedding Reception: Aaliyah Kashyap, the daughter of acclaimed filmmaker Anurag Kashyap, married her longtime boyfriend Shane Gregoire in a dreamy ceremony on December 11, 2024. The content creator and YouTuber chose a pastel pink lehenga by Tarun Tahiliani for her special day, while Shane looked regal in a golden sherwani.
The wedding festivities culminated in a grand reception attended by several Bollywood stars and prominent personalities, making it a high-profile event. The guest list included Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala, who made their first public appearance after their December 4 wedding and Sunny Leone with her husband, Daniel Weber. Taapsee Pannu with her Thappad movie co-star Pavail Gulati, Alaya F and veteran actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui were also among those who graced the evening.

Aaliyah and Shane made their first public appearance as a married couple at the reception, radiating elegance and charm. Aaliyah opted for a black skirt paired with a golden corset top, while Shane donned a dapper black suit. They posed for the cameras alongside Aaliyah’s father, Anurag Kashyap, who was joined by his friends from the industry, including filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane.

The event saw some of Bollywood’s younger generation in attendance. Abhishek Bachchan arrived with his nephew Agastya Nanda, while Suhana Khan, the daughter of Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, also marked her presence. Khushi Kapoor, who played a key role as one of Aaliyah’s bridesmaids, dazzled in a sea-green lehenga. She was accompanied by her boyfriend, Vedang Raina.

Aaliyah and Shane’s relationship blossomed after they met on a dating app. They got engaged last year in Mumbai after Shane proposed during a romantic getaway in Bali. Despite early challenges in their relationship, the couple overcame their differences and shared their journey on Aaliyah’s podcast, Opposites Attract.
The pre-wedding events, including the mehendi and haldi ceremonies, were filled with joy and love. Friends and family, including Aaliyah’s close circle of bridesmaids, participated wholeheartedly. Actor Khushi Kapoor, along with Sakshi Shivdasani, Kareema Barry, Ida Ali, Muskan Chanana, Manika Malkani and Pearl Malik, were part of the bridal entourage, adding to the lively celebrations.
