Aamir Khan and Rani Mukerji are one of the most loved onscreen pairs in Bollywood. The duo, who appeared in ‘Talaash: The Answer Lies Within’, also shares a great camaraderie in real life. Aamir and Rani were recently seen spending some quality time together with the actor’s daughter Ira Khan and son-in-law Nupur Shikhare. The pictures from their meet-up went viral on social media and the stars were seen flaunting their brightest smiles. 

Ira shared a few pictures from the night on her Instagram handle. In the photos, Rani was seen wearing a black outfit and completing her look with brown shades. On the other hand, Aamir looked charming in a white kurta and blue pajamas. Ira looked pretty as she dressed in a black floral outfit and Nupur kept it cute and casual with a pink shirt. Ira shared the group picture and captioned it “After soooo long” with heart emojis. She also shared some selfies with Rani Mukerji.

Notably, Aamir Khan and Rani Mukerji appeared in several movies together including ‘Luck by Chance’, ‘Mann’, ‘Ghulam’, ‘Bombay Talkies’, ‘Mangal Pandey: The Rising’. 

 
On the work front, Aamir Khan is working on Sitare Zameen Par helmed by RS Prassana. The film will be released on Christmas 2024. The film also stars Darsheel Safary and Genelia Deshmukh in pivotal roles. He is also in a discussion with director Rajkumar Santoshi for an out-and-out comedy movie. The superstar is also working on the Ujjwal Nikam Biopic.

On the other hand, Rani was last seen in a critically acclaimed film ‘Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway’. She is now gearing up for the third installment of the ‘Mardaani’ franchise. The film will be written and directed by Gopi Puthran and backed by Aditya Chopra. As per several reports, the film’s shooting will start by the end of 2024 or the beginning of 2025.
