Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth are one of the most loved couples in the Indian film industry. The duo, who worked together in the 2021 Telugu film Maha Samudram, has been in the news for their relationship rumours since then. The couple put an end to all the speculations by officially announcing their engagement in March this year. Recently, Aditi revealed some inside details about her engagement ceremony and revealed that they got engaged at a 400-year-old temple.

In a conversation with Bollywood Bubble, Aditi Rao Hydari said “I wanted to mark our beginning at a temple of my family which is 400 years old. I wanted to go there and do puja and we had a little engagement. There were so many rumours going around, so to clarify them we decided to put up this photo on Instagram because my mom told me, ‘Please logo ko bata do, call aarahe hai nonstop (Please tell people, I am receiving calls nonstop).’ So, it was – ‘She said yes, he said yes.'”

The couple flaunted their engagement rings while announcing their engagement. She took to Instagram and wrote, “He said yes! ❤️ E. N. G. A. G. E. D.” On the other hand Siddharth wrote, “She Said YES! ❤️ E. N. G. A. G. E. D.” They were showered with love and good wishes from their fans and colleagues from the industry.

On the professional front, Aditi Rao Hydari will be next seen in Kishor Pandurang Belekar’s silent film Gandhi Talks. The movie stars Vijay Sethupathi, Arvind Swamy, Mahesh Manjrekar, Siddharth Jadhav, Priyadarshini Indalkar, and Bagavathi Perumal in pivotal roles. The movie is all set to release in theatres in the second half of this year. Whereas, Siddharth will be next seen in Shanmugam Shankar’s Indian 2. The movie also has a star cast of actors including Kamal Haasan, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Nedumudi Venu, Rakul Preet Singh, Kajal Aggarwal, and Aishwarya Rajesh in pivotal roles.
