Aditi Rao Hydari is all set to make a grand entrance at the 77th edition of the Cannes Film Festival. The talented actress will walk the prestigious red carpet as a brand ambassador for the renowned French cosmetic label, L'Oreal Paris. Early on Tuesday, Aditi shared her excitement and some new photos on Instagram before leaving India for the glamorous event.

In her latest Instagram post, Aditi looked chic in a white jacket paired with black pants and a matching cap. The photos were taken at her home, capturing her casual yet sophisticated look. In her caption, she wrote, “I Cannes. Wish me luck! We Cannes! Sanu, Eli poo, Sandy, Esther, Vaishnav, Santu, Panks, Shakeel. May the force be with us! We are worth it!!!! @lorealparis @lorealindia.” Her enthusiastic message and positive vibes were well-received by fans, who showered her with good wishes.

Aditi Rao Hydari made her debut at Cannes in 2022 and has since become a regular at the festival. Her stunning appearances on the red carpet have always been a highlight. In 2023, she dazzled in a dreamy blue Oscar De La Renta dress for a L'Oreal shoot and later graced the red carpet in a striking sunflower yellow gown by Michael Cinco.

Apart from her Cannes appearances, Aditi is currently receiving praise for her role in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's debut web series, 'Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar', on Netflix. The series explores the lives of courtesans and their patrons, delving into the cultural fabric of Heeramandi, located in present-day Lahore. The star-studded cast includes Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, Sharmin Segal, Taha Shah Badussha, Shekhar Suman and Adhyayan Suman.

Speaking about her experience working with Bhansali again after their collaboration on Padmaavat in 2018, Aditi shared her admiration for the filmmaker in a conversation with ANI. "He creates such beautiful, immersive worlds. He gets the best out of his actors. What makes Heeramandi so special is that there are so many stories to tell, each about a very unique woman. Sanjay Sir really gives a lot of dignity to his female characters and their stories."

Aditi emphasized Bhansali's belief in treating every woman with dignity and respect, regardless of her background. "He believes every woman, despite where she comes from, deserves to be treated like a queen. And her story is worth telling with a lot of dignity, pride, and courage. To be a part of Heeramandi and to work with Sanjay Sir, to surrender to him, to learn from him was incredible, and I feel very blessed for it. I love Sanjay Sir and it was amazing working with him," she added.
