On the work front, Akansha's most recent professional appearance was as Dr Gargi in the Prime Video series Gram Chikitsalay (2025). The rural drama tackled community healthcare issues. Additionally, Kapoor made a brief appearance in Jigra (2024), directed by Alia Bhatt.
