Akshay Kumar is known for his wit and sense of humour. He never misses a chance to impress his fans with his comedic timing, whether on-screen or off-screen. Today, the makers of Housefull 5 unveiled the much-awaited trailer, and it has already been receiving a positive response from audiences. However, at the launch event, when Akshay was asked about how much he charged for the film, his playful reply caught everyone's attention. The video of him is going viral on social media.

Akshay Kumar attended the trailer launch event of Housefull 5 with co-stars Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan and others. During the media interaction, he was seen given reply in his signature style to the question of fees he has taken for the movie.

In the viral video, he can be heard saying, “Agar maine paise liye honge toh tujhe kyun batau. Tu humara bhajita lagta hai jo tujhe batau. Maine paise liye, bahot ache khase liye. Film bani hai, bahot ache khase budget mein bani hai. Bahot maza aaya. Aaj Khushi ka din. Kya raid daalna hai"

Housefull 5 Trailer

Nana Patekar sets the tone of the movie by explaining the scenario in the opening scene of the trailer. A billionaire Ranjeet is celebrating his 100th birthday with a grand party on a luxury yacht. He intends to announce his will but twists come in to see who is his real son Jolly. Following the billionaire's sudden death, Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan and their partners are made prime suspects. But here's the catch, they don’t remember anything about themselves since their drinks were spiked by someone. Amid this mystery, Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff arrive to solve the case. The ending seems more fun as Akshay's character is being slapped by monkeys and Jackie cracks a joke about his son Tiger's dialogue.

More About Housefull 5: The fifth instalment in the hit franchise of Housefull is co-written and directed by Tarun Mansukhani. The movie also stars Nana Patekar, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Chitrangada Singh, Fardeen Khan, Chunky Pandey, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer and Akashdeep Sabir. The movie which is slated to release in theatres on June 6, is produced under the banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment with Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Sajid Nadiadwala, Warda Nadiadwala, and Firuzi Khan serving as producers.
