Bad Newz Box Office Collection Day 7: It has been a week since the release of Vicky Kaushal and Ammy Virk’s bollywood movie. The film, also starring Tripti Dimri, has demonstrated a strong and consistent performance over the past several days. It made a notable impact right from its debut on July 17, opening with around Rs 8 crore on Friday. The film's success continued over the weekend, with earnings climbing to nearly Rs 30 crore by Sunday, meeting industry expectations. Despite maintaining a consistent range of Rs 3 crore per day from Monday to Wednesday, Thursday's numbers reflect a slight decline.

Bad Newz Box Office Report

The film showed impressive performance during its first six days at the box office, accumulating an estimated Rs 40.10 crore in India. On its seventh day, however, the film's earnings saw a slight dip, with early estimates indicating a collection of approximately Rs 2.75 crore. This brought the total to Rs 44.12 crore.

The film's Hindi occupancy on Thursday, July 25, 2024, was relatively modest, averaging 11.52% across various showtimes: 8.06% in the morning, 12.37% in the afternoon, 11.89% in the evening, and 13.74% during the night.

With the release of Deadpool & Wolverine on Friday, Bad Newz will face significant competition, making the upcoming weekend crucial for its continued success.

About Bad Newz

Directed by Anand Tiwari, Bad Newz is produced by Amazon Prime, Dharma Productions, and Leo Media Collective. The film, starring Vicky Kaushal, Tripti Dimri, and Ammy Virk, is a spiritual sequel to Good Newwz (2019) and explores the concept of heteropaternal superfecundation, where twins are born to the same mother but have different biological fathers.

In the movie, Tripti Dimri portrays Saloni Bagga, a driven chef with aspirations for a prestigious culinary award. Her journey takes a turn when she meets Akhil Chaddha, played by Vicky Kaushal, at a wedding. Despite a promising start, their differing personalities lead to a divorce. Seeking a fresh start, Saloni relocates to a hill station and begins a new chapter with Gurbir Pannu, portrayed by Ammy Virk, whom she meets at a luxurious hotel. Just as she starts to build a life with Gurbir, she unexpectedly runs into Akhil, who has moved on.

A surprise visit from Akhil on their anniversary reignites old feelings, leading to an impulsive encounter. Saloni soon learns she is pregnant, facing the complex dilemma of determining the father of her child, as both Akhil and Gurbir are potential candidates.
