2. Aval

'Aval' revolves around Krishnakanth and Lakshmi, who live peacefully in the mountains. Their life turns upside down when they welcome their new neighbours, the D'Costas and their daughter Jenny invites unwanted elements into the house. The movie stars Siddharth and Andrea Jeremiah in the lead roles and was also released in Hindi with the title 'The House Next Door'. It is streaming on Jio Cinema.

3. Yavarum Nalam

'Yavarum Nalam', also known as '13B' in Hindi, revolves around Manohar, who moves into a new apartment on the 13th floor along with his family. Their peaceful life takes a different turn when a spirit tries to communicate with them using the television set as a medium. Starring R Madhavan and Neetu Chandra in the lead roles, the movie is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.

4. Maya

'Maya' revolves around Apsara, a single mother, who is struggling to to make a living by working in advertisements. Her life takes a dark turn when a ghost starts haunting her and causes the death of people known to her. Starring Nayanthara and Aari Arujunan in the lead roles, the movie is streaming on Zee5.
