Kartik Aaryan is all set to reprise his role as Rooh Baba in the highly anticipated Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 (BB3), which is slated for a Diwali release this year. Contrary to swirling rumours, there’s no delay in the release of the film, and the much-awaited teaser is expected to drop by the end of August, as per Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh. The exact date is yet to be announced, but fans can rest assured that the eerie corridors of the haunted Haveli will be opening soon.

The hype for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has only intensified with the recent buzz around Stree 2, another horror-comedy that shares a similar genre. While initial reports suggested that the teaser might be delayed due to the overwhelming anticipation for Stree 2, it has been confirmed that there will be no postponement. The makers of BB3 are strategically planning the teaser's release to maximize its impact, with a strong possibility of it being showcased in theatres alongside other big releases like Vedaa and Khel Khel Mein.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was a blockbuster, grossing nearly Rs 300 crores worldwide, setting sky-high expectations for the third instalment. With Kartik Aaryan leading the ensemble cast, which includes Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit and Tripti Dimri, the film promises to be a perfect blend of horror and comedy, much like its predecessors.

Filming for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 wrapped up on August 2, with Kartik Aaryan sharing the news on social media, saying, “Arey pagalo…‘Its a Wrap for #BhoolBhulaiyaa3 Haveli ka darwaza ek baar phir khulne ke liye taiyaar ho chuka hai. See you This Diwali.”

The film's music is another highlight, featuring a reimagined version of the iconic title track and the much-anticipated “Ami Je Tomar” sequence, set to showcase a dramatic face-off between Vidya Balan and Madhuri Dixit.
