The talented actor Biju Menon has surprised his fans by showcasing his singing skills in the latest song from his film, Thalavan. The song, titled Kanunnathum Kelkkunnathum, has been released as a promotional music video. Biju Menon, known for his versatile acting, takes on the role of a playback singer for the first time, adding another feather to his cap.
The music video features Menon recording the song in a studio, interspersed with behind-the-scenes shots and lyrics, creating an engaging visual experience. The lyrics for Kanunnathum Kelkkunnathum are penned by Jis Joy, while the music is composed by the talented Deepak Dev.
Thalavan is an investigative thriller that has been well-received by audiences and critics alike since its recent release in theatres. The film stars Biju Menon and Asif Ali in lead roles, with Anusree and Miya playing the female leads. The supporting cast includes Kottayam Nazeer, Shankar Ramakrishnan, Joji K John, Dinesh, Anuroop, Nandan Unni and Bilas.
The plot of Thalavan centres on two police officers, Jayashankar (Biju Menon) and Karthik (Asif Ali), who become entangled in a complex murder investigation. The film's gripping narrative and strong performances have drawn large audiences to cinemas.
The screenplay of Thalavan is co-written by Sarath Perumbavoor and Anand Thevarakat. The film is produced by Arun Narayan and Sijo Sebastian under the banners of Arun Narayan Productions and London Studios. Deepak Dev’s music and background score, Sharan Velayudhan’s cinematography, and Suraj ES’s editing contribute to the film's high production values.
The film also features art direction by Ajayan Mangat, sound design by Ranganath Ravi, and costumes by Jishad. The production team includes Chief Associate Director Sagar, Production Manager Joby John, and makeup artist Ronax Xavier.
In addition to his work on Thalavan, Biju Menon is set to star in the upcoming comedy-drama Nadanna Sambhavam, which will be released on June 21. Meanwhile, Asif Ali, who recently made a cameo appearance in Varshangalkku Shesham has several projects lined up. He has just finished filming Adios Amigo, the debut film of director Nahas Nazar.
