BLACKPINK member Lisa has a huge fan following around the world and is one of the most popular Kpop idols. She will soon kickstart her solo career and her fans call themselves 'Lilies'. Lisa's fans have now slammed agency Hybe and Kpop group Illit for taking the fandom name 'Lilly'. For the unversed, Illit is a new kpop group established in 2023 under Hybe and the group recently announced their fandom name as 'Lilly'.

After Illit announced its fandom name, Lisa's fans expressed their disappointment and anger overtaking the name 'Lilly'. 'Lilies for Lisa' and 'We Are Lilies' started trending on social media and fans asked Hybe and Illit to change their fandom name.

The agency has officially announced that Illit will change the fandom name and apologised for the confusion caused due to this.

On the work front, Lisa has teamed up with RCA Records, which will have full ownership of all her recordings and will release new solo music under the banner. Talking about her collaboration with RCA Records, Lisa said, "I’m super excited to be joining the RCA family and I am confident they are the best team to create a bigger movement in my solo career. Looking forward to showing the world everything we have been preparing.”

RCA chairman/CEO Peter Edge and COO John Fleckenstein added, "We are incredibly proud to partner with Lisa and Lloud Co.! Lisa is a multidimensional talent and an irrefutable global force. We are thrilled to welcome her and her team to the RCA Records family.”

She earlier talked about her upcoming project on her YouTube channel and said, "This year, album. No matter what I want to release a new album this year. I am so excited to do what I want to do this year, keep tuned! Stay tuned."

Lisa will also make her acting debut in the popular American series 'The White Lotus' and will be seen in its third season. She was earlier in Bangkok to start shooting for the series.
