BLACKPINK member Jisoo is one of the most popular K-pop stars and has achieved several milestones in her career. She made her much anticipated solo debut with her single track 'Flowers', which instantly became a chartbuster. As she has completed one year of her career as a solo artist, the singer-actress shared a heartfelt note on Instagram and thanked her fans for their constant love and support. Jisoo also shared some behind the scene photos and videos from the music video of 'Flower'.

Sharing the note on Instagram along with a picture, Jisoo wrote, "It‘s already been a year since my first solo album, [ME], was released to the world! I still vividly remember the nerves and excitement from my first solo in almost 7 years. "Flower", which bloomed with great love, will forever blossom within me. To all my BLINKs and everyone who loved my first solo title "Flower", may happiness always bloom in your hearts. Jisoo recently created a new record with 'Flowers' as it has become the most streamed solo song by a Korean female soloist released this decade on Spotify.

On the work front, Jisoo has officially been cast in the movie 'Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint', which is based on the popular webtoon of the same name and has kickstarted shooting for the movie. The movie also stars Lee Min Ho and Ahn Hyo Seop in the lead roles.

Talking about 'Omniscient Reader', the webtoon revolves around Dokja, who is an average office worker and shows a great interest in reading the web novel 'Three Ways to Survive the Apocalypse.' His life turns upside down when the novel's story becomes a reality and he is the only person who is aware of how the world will end. Dokja uses his knowledge to change the story and survive.
