New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment Desk: Ayushmann Khurrana-starrer Bala has become the biggest release of the actor till date with total screen counts of 3000 in India. As per early estimates, the comedy film raked in Rs 15 crore in its second day at the box office. The film was released on November 8 and it collected Rs 10.15 crore in its opening day to break his own record of Dream Girl that was released in September. If the film continues its good run, it is likely to break Ayushmann's all-time record.

On Sunday, the actor took to Instagram to thank his fans for appreciating the film. He also shared a picture on the social media platform with caption, "Aaj yeh film meri nahi hai. Aapki hai. Yeh kahaani sirf #Bala ki nahi hai. Un sabhi Bala jaise sadak pe chalte logon ki hai joh khud ki talaash mein hain. Pyaar ke liye shukriya."

The movie has received excellent reviews from fans and critics. Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Bala also stars Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar. The film is directed by Amar Kaushik and tells the story of a middle-aged who suffers from a lack of self-confidence due to receding hairline.

With back-to-back hits, Khurrana has become one of the most lucrative actors in Bollywood and Bala will be a glorious addition to the 35-year-old in terms of box office records.
