BTS' ARMY angry with BIGHIT Music: BTS’ ARMY has been expressing their discontent with the way BigHit Music, the group's agency, has been treating Kim Seokjin, popularly known as Jin. The eldest member of the septet recently made an appearance on Japanese actor-singer Aiba Masaki's show, Since Those Days. During the episode, Jin graciously gave Aiba a tour of the HYBE building in Seoul, providing a glimpse into the inner workings of the Kpop powerhouse.
As Jin guided Aiba through the building, they visited various areas, including the practice room where BTS has spent countless hours honing their craft. The tour also included a stop at the relaxation space where the seven members typically unwind. The brief tour was a nostalgic treat for fans of the boy band, bringing back fond memories of the group's journey. However, as the ARMY scrutinised the video, they noticed a particular detail that left them feeling disappointed and frustrated.
BTS' ARMY angry with BIGHIT Music
Fans noticed that BIGHIT Music displayed a poster of Jin's 2022 song The Astronaut, but not his new album Happy. Fans criticized the label for their lack of effort, pointing out that the poster was even creased.
At one point during the tour, Jin showed Aiba the posters of BTS' album discography. The ARMY was quick to point out that the posters seemed outdated and the overall presentation lacked the polish and attention to detail that is typically associated with BTS' brand. This perceived oversight has sparked a sense of discontent among fans, who feel that BigHit Music is not giving Jin the level of respect and care that he deserves as a member of BTS.
