BTS member J-hope has been working on several projects back to back before enlisting in the military. The rapper has now collaborated with J.Cole for his solo single 'On the Street'. The teaser and photoshoot for the song had already created much hype for 'On The Street' and its music video is already out.

Meanwhile, BigHit Music confirmed that J-Hope has initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement.

The official statement of BigHit Music reads, "Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We would like to inform our fans that j-hope has initiated the military enlistment process by applying for the termination of his enlistment postponement. We will inform you of further updates in due course. We ask you for your continued love and support for j-hope until he completes his military service and safely returns. Our company will spare no effort in providing support for our artist. Thank you." 

J-hope was also announced as the brand ambassador of the international brand Louis Vuitton. Sharing the news, Louis Vuitton wrote, "#jhope joins as new #LouisVuitton House Ambassador. J-hope earlier released his solo album 'Jack in the Box'. Talking about J-hope's album, Bighit said that with this new album J-hope's 'creative identity as an artist will be introduced'.

"We would like to announce the release of 'Jack In The Box,' j-hope's solo album. BTS has turned the page on their new chapter, throughout which the members will harmoniously carry out their group and individual activities. j-hope will be the first member of BTS to start this new journey and release his solo album," the agency said in a statement.

The rapper also released his documentary 'J-hope in the Box' which is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
