BTS Jin is known not only for his musical talent but also for his love of cooking. Recently, Chef Lee Yeon Bok shared some intriguing insights about the singer’s upcoming schedule, leaving fans buzzing with excitement.

At the press conference for KBS 2TV’s Convenience Store Restaurant at KBS Art Hall in Yeouido, Seoul, Chef Lee Yeon Bok spoke about his connection with Jin. The renowned chef revealed that Jin had personally approached him to learn how to toss a wok, showcasing his passion for cooking.

While discussing Jin’s enthusiasm for learning culinary skills, Chef Lee also made an unexpected remark: “I heard there’s a nationwide tour starting in April. If a celebrity is that sincere about cooking, that’s enough. I’ll gladly help.” His words sparked excitement among BTS fans, who are now eagerly awaiting an official confirmation regarding Jin’s upcoming activities. However, neither BIGHIT MUSIC nor Jin has commented on the matter yet.

Jin’s interest in cooking is well-known among fans. Over the years, BTS’ behind-the-scenes footage has often shown him experimenting in the kitchen. As the eldest member, he naturally took on the role of cooking for the group, making him the most skilled chef among them. Even on BTS' first anniversary, Jin was the one preparing food while the rest of the members helped out.

Chef Lee, a respected figure in the culinary world, emphasized that any celebrity with a genuine passion for cooking deserves encouragement. He expressed his willingness to mentor Jin if the opportunity arises, further proving Jin’s dedication to the craft.

Apart from his love for food, Jin has also been expanding his career beyond music. His charisma and on-screen presence shined in his recent advertisement for Ottogi’s Jin Ramen, captivating fans with his effortless charm. Additionally, Jin has been keeping fans entertained with his Run Jin episodes, a series showcasing his solo journey post-military service.

Jin, the oldest member of BTS, was the first to enlist in the military in December 2022. After serving for 18 months, he was officially discharged on June 12, 2024. With his return, fans are eager to see what’s next for him, and Chef Lee’s recent statement has only added to the speculation. For now, ARMYs are eagerly waiting for Jin or BIGHIT MUSIC to confirm whether the rumoured nationwide tour is indeed happening.
