Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 12: Vicky Kaushal’s Movie Continues To Dominate Ticket Windows, Earns This On Tuesday

Chhaava Box Office Collection Day 12: Vicky Kaushal and Akshaye Khanna starrer continued to roar at ticket windows at a stretch for 12 days. Despite seeing a major dip on Monday and then on Tuesday, the film manages to hold a strong momentum. It would be interesting to see if the movie will reach the Rs 400 crore mark in India this weekend or not. For the unversed, the movie was released in theatres on February 14 and received mixed reviews from the audience and the critics.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 17.00 crore on day 12. The net collection of Chhaava stands at Rs 362.25 crore. The film had an overall 23.74 per cent Hindi occupancy on Tuesday. It had 12.01 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 17.79 per cent in the afternoon shows, 22.34 per cent occupancy in the evening shows and 42.83 per cent occupancy in the night shows.

Day 10: Rs 40 crore

Chhaava Budget 

According to several media reports, Chhaava was made on a budget of Rs 130 crore.

The story is based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and his fight against Mughal emperor Aurangzeb to protect Maratha swaraj. The movie stars Vicky Kaushal, Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna, Divya Dutta, Ashutosh Rana, Pradeep Rawat and Santosh Juvekar in key roles.
