Actor Nani is extremely pleased with the way audiences have responded to his role in Dasara, directed by Srikanth Odela. The film has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark globally and continues to perform well at the box office.

It is currently aiming to reach a milestone of Rs 70 crore in India, and is expected to achieve this on April 7. While trade reports suggest that the movie's collections declined in the last two days, it is expected to pick up again over the weekend.

The movie Dasara, featuring Nani, was released in five languages on March 30 and has been receiving favourable reviews from both critics and viewers.

Since its release last week, Dasara has been enjoying an exceptional run at the box office. The movie has collected a total of Rs 100 crore globally within just six days and continues to perform well.

On its eighth day, the Indian box office earnings of the film were estimated to be around Rs 2 crore (nett), but are expected to increase from Friday (April 7) night onwards. On April 6, the Telugu version of Dasara recorded an occupancy rate of 16.02 per cent.

About Dasara:

The movie Dasara is a tale of revenge that takes place in the imaginary town of Veerapally, located in the state of Telangana. Nani, Keerthy Suresh, and Deekshith Shetty play the main roles in the film. After watching Dasara, SS Rajamouli and Prabhas lauded Nani and the entire team.

Sudhakar Cherukuri is the producer of Dasara, which also stars Shine Tom Chacko, Samuthirakani, Sai Kumar, and Poorna in significant roles. The movie's music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan, the editing is done by Naveen Nooli, and the cinematography is by Sathyan Sooryan.
