Veteran actor and filmmaker, Satish Kaushik, breathed his last in March, this year, which came as a shock to the entire nation. One of his most-loved movies, Tere Naam, starring Salman Khan in the lead, has gained him much-reconition over the years. Recently, the Dabangg actor spoke up about the sequel of the movie.

Salman was reminded of Tere Naam during a recent media interview for his forthcoming movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, co-starring Pooja Hegde. According to several reports, Salman said that 20 years ago, he and Satish Kaushik had just discussed a single idea for the movie and Salman had felt it was brilliant at the time.

Earlier, Satish Kaushik had also opened up about the possibility of Tere Naam 2. In a conversation with Bollywood Now, the late actor had said that he has a story for Tere Naam 2, but he has had no conversation with Salman Khan. He said that he does not even know if the movie would ever be made. But he will be overjoyed if it does happen. The seasoned performer and director continued by saying that Salman Khan must finally decide whether he wants to do a Tere Naam sequel.

Earlier, Salman Khan paid tribute to atish Kaushik via his Instagram account. The Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan actor shared a note on Instagram, which read, "Always loved cared n respected him n shall alway remember him for the man that he was. May his soul rest in peace n strength to family n loved ones. .. #RIP Satish Ji."
