The Dior Fall 2023 fashion show was a star-studded event. The event, which took place at the Gateway of India, was attended by noted Bollywood celebs and A-listers. The OG fashionista Rekha grabbed all the eyeballs at Dior's first ever show in India as she walked in a red and golden Kanjivaram saree.

According to Diet Sabya, the Dior Fashion show didn't start until Rekha walked the ramp in her Kanjivaram saree. Rekha looked gorgeous in a golden and red-coloured Kanjivaram saree which she paired with gol necklace, matching earrings, and kangan. She didn't miss her vermilion in the head, and for makeup, the diva wore red lipstick. Rekha was also spotted interacting with the paparazzi at the event. Watch the video here:

Earlier, in the day, Dior creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri met "iconic woman" Rekha and shared a glimpse of the same on her social media space. The picture, shared by Grazia, saw Rekha deched up in a white-coloured saree which she paired with a full sleeves-matching blouse and sheer details. She accessorised her outfit with statement gold earrings, a golden bangle and a potli bag. On the other hand, Grazia donned a black and white-coloured outfit.

Sharing the picture, the Dior creative director wrote in the caption, "I was so touched to meet the iconic Rekha gi last night for the first time. India’s most iconic woman and incredible actresss. I am so grateful you have joined us last night, it was a true honour."

The official account handle of Dior also posted the same via Twitter. Along with the pic, it wrote, "Reflecting the House's regard for Indian culture, celebrated actress Rekha appears with Maria Grazia Chiuri ahead of the highly-anticipated Dior Fall 23 show http://on.dior.com/fall-2023, live from the Gateway of India in Mumbai on Thursday, March 30 at 8.30 pm IST."
