Internet sensation Dolly Chaiwala, famous for his 'tapri-style' tea, was recently spotted campaigning for the Bharatiya Janata Party in Maharashtra's Nagpur East constituency. This appearance has sparked speculation about Dolly potentially joining the BJP, although the party has not made any official announcements. Dolly's tea stall, located near the old VCA stadium in Nagpur's Sadar area, has become a popular spot thanks to his unique tea-making and serving style, which has garnered immense attention online.

Dolly's rise to fame can be attributed to his charismatic personality and entertaining way of serving tea, which has been showcased in various videos on social media. His stall, Dolly Ki Tapri, has become a must-visit destination, attracting customers from all over. Celebrities like Anurag Dobhal, Ashish Vidyarthi, Nimrat Kaur and Nani have even stopped by for a cup of tea.

Dolly's presence at the BJP event, alongside leaders like Kailash Vijayvargiya, has generated significant interest. Vijayvargiya shared photos from the event, stating that the meeting aimed to discuss the upcoming Maharashtra elections with BJP's Panna Pramukh and Panna committee workers. While Dolly's involvement with the BJP is still unclear, his influence as a social media personality could potentially benefit the party's campaign. With the November 20 Assembly elections approaching, it remains to be seen whether Dolly will continue to support the BJP.

As a social media influencer, Dolly has built a massive following, with over 9 lakh subscribers on YouTube and 9 lakh followers on Instagram. His popularity extends beyond Nagpur, with fans affectionately calling him the "Celebrity Chaiwala of India.”
