Anurag Dobhal, popularly known as UK07 Rider, made headlines after his unexpected eviction from Bigg Boss 17. Recently he opened up about his journey on Salman Khan hosted show and slammed the makers for being unfair and biased. He stressed being real and true to himself without doing anything for the cameras or playing the sympathy card.
When asked if he was playing for the camera in Bigg Boss, Anurag Dobhal said, "When I entered the show, all my known people and celebrity friends who had been to Big Boss, I asked them, 'What do you have to do?' So they told me to just be real, right? I was being myself... I never did anything for the camera. I never faked anything, didn't play the sympathy card, I have so many emotional stories, I can talk about them the whole day. I can talk about my achievements, what I've earned, but I won't do that. (Mai pure din baate kar sakta hun, flex kar sakta hun, ye kamaya, woh kamaya, But I won't do that.) Because Bigg Boss is a platform that shows your reality and personality from that point of view. It's a personality show."
"What we have been looking since 16 season. It's like personality show. Who is who? At that point of time, I never tried to be fake in front of the camera. I was being me," he added.
Bigg Boss 17 is Unfair
Talking about the show being unfair, and his limited screen time, things not being broadcast, Anurag added, "Definitely. Bigg Boss like himself says he's biased in this season. But there is a thin line between being biased and being unfair. So this season was kind of more unfair. It was totally centralised towards eccentric people who they really wanted to make them win."
"...People should know this was being unfair. Aap ek race mein unfair tareeke se logo ko daudha re ho, you expect someone else to win, jisko aapne race mein kabhi dikhaya hi ni uss tareeke se, there is no difference between those three months and this single interview. But reality is in front of the people. Reality is in front of you."
