Farah Khan ridiculed Gaurav Khanna after he revealed he is colourblind. The filmmaker exclaimed ,'What rubbish' to the actor when he revealed that he was indeed colourblind in the viral clips from the Celebrity MasterChef India sets.

Farah Khan was speaking to Gaurav Khanna, one of the famous competitors on the cooking show when other two judges Ranveer Brar and Vikas Khanna offered feedback on the dish's colour balance and plating when the actor served it to them. Gaurav prompted saying he is colour blind. 

To further address the issue, Farah Khan asked Gaurav Khan what color Vikas Khanna's jacket was. She asked the chef, who was actually wearing a red jacket, what he thought of his blue one. The jacket appeared somewhere between red and orange, Gaurav stated innocently, not knowing what was actually happening.

Farah Khan Mocked Gaurav Khanna's Colour Blindness:

Internet users believed that Farah and the judges were extremely ignorant. A user wrote, "This doesn't give her the right to make fun of him or act in that manner." Another user wrote, "Seriously Farah? This is how you treat someone who is suffering with such a big ability. They way she reacted is such a crass."

A third user commented, "It was incredibly ignorant on the judges' part, especially Farah's. I'm not saying he deserves sympathy for his weakness, he himself never sought it. However, that doesn’t give them the right to mock him or react the way they did." A fourth user wrote, "Farah Khan’s reaction to Gaurav Khanna’s condition was uncalled for. ‘Too low of her’ sums it up perfectly."

For the unversed, the challenge for the candidates on the Master Chef sets was to prepare roasted chicken, Farah Khan's favourite food. 

However, Farah Khan is facing backlash for remarks she made about Holi. She was heard on Celebrity MasterChef saying, "Saare chhapri logon ka favourite festival Holi hota hai" (Holi is every cringing person's favourite festival). Internet users criticized her comment. Social media star Vikash Fhatak, also known as Hindustani Bhau, filed a complaint for allegedly offending Hindu emotions, according to IANS.
