Fardeen Khan, known for his role in the 2005 hit film No Entry, recently shared his thoughts on the upcoming sequel. The actor expressed his fondness for the original movie and his hopes for the sequel, which is currently in development.
In a recent conversation with PTI, Fardeen Khan revealed that No Entry holds a special place in his heart and that he was excited to hear about the sequel. The new film, which will feature a new cast including Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Arjun Kapoor, is being directed by Anees Bazmee, who also directed the original.
Although Fardeen Khan won't be a part of the sequel, he wished the team the best of luck and expressed his love and support for Anees Bazmee and producer Boney Kapoor. He mentioned that he had heard the script and found it hilarious, indicating that the sequel promises to be entertaining.
While Fardeen Khan acknowledged that he and the original cast members couldn't be a part of the sequel, he expressed his excitement about the project and said he is looking forward to watching it when it releases. The actor also revealed that he has other projects lined up, including Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi which is now available for streaming on Netflix and two other films scheduled for 2024.
No Entry was a comedy film that revolved around two married men who find themselves in trouble because of their womanizing friend, Prem. The film featured Lara Dutta, Esha Deol, Celina Jaitley, and Bipasha Basu in key roles, with Bipasha Basu making an extended cameo.
The sequel, No Entry 2, is expected to begin filming in December this year. Fans of the original film are eagerly awaiting the release of the sequel, which is expected to retain the essence of the original while bringing in new elements with its fresh cast.
