Fighter Cast Fees: Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone have teamed up for the first time in Siddharth Anand's directorial 'Fighter', which has created a lot of excitement among the audience ahead of its release. The movie has also been receiving a good response from the audience and the critics. Fans have praised the performances and intriguing storyline of 'Fighter'. As the movie has been made on a high budget and has been produced by a big studio, it has been reported that the star cast took high fees as well.
Fighter Cast Fees:
As per reports, Hrithik Roshan took around Rs 50 crore as his fees for 'Fighter'. Deepika Padukone, who is the leading lady in 'Fighter' and one of the highest-paid actresses, reportedly took over Rs 15 crore to do the film.
Anil Kapoor, who is seen in a supporting role in 'Fighter', reportedly took over Rs 7 crore. According to reports, Karan Singh Grover took Rs 2 crore and Akshay Oberoi took around Rs 1 crore.
Hrithik Roshan will be seen as Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania, Deepika Padukone as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, Anil Kapoor as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh, Karan Singh Grover as Squadron Leader Sartaj Gill and Akshay Oberoi as Squadron Leader Basheer Khan.
In an earlier interview with India Today, Siddharth Anand gave some details about Hrithik and Deepika's character. “Deepika is also playing an Air Force officer. She’s part of the elite unit of the Air Force, and it’s based on a lot of reality and authenticity. Something that Deepika has also bitten into," he said.
He added, "It is something that she’s not played before. And honestly, it’s a lot like her in real life, the character that she’s playing. She’s so much fun on set and she’s translating that character to be a real good takkar to Hrithik’s character, so it is very exciting. It’s fun!”
'Fighter' marks Deepika and Hrithik's second collaboration with filmmaker Siddharth Anand.
