Every year, Filmfare Awards create a lot of hype amongst the audience as the star-studded event honours the movies released each year and the performances that stood out among them. This year, the award ceremony will be held on April 27 in Dubai and will be hosted by superstar Salman Khan.

Filmfare Awards 2023 will be held on April 27. The audience can watch the award show on April 28, 2023, at 9 PM on the Colors television channel.

Filmfare Awards 2023: Performances and Hosts

Vicky Kaushal, Govinda, Janhvi Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Jacqueline Fernandez will perform at the Filmfare Awards ceremony. Meanwhile, Salman Khan will host the event, along with Ayushmann Khurrana and Maniesh Paul as co-hosts.

Earlier, Vicky Kaushal shared a glimpse of his performance at the Filmfare Award on Instagram. Sharing the pictures, he wrote, "Final checks. See you tomorrow @filmfare!"

Filmfare Awards 2023: Nominations

In the Best Film category, Badhaai Do, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Brahmastra, Gangubai Kathiawadi, The Kashmir Files and Uunchai have been nominated.

Meanwhile, Aneez Bazmee, Ayan Mukerji, Harshvardhan Kulkarni, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Sooraj Barjatya and Vivek Agnihotri have been nominated in the Best Director category.

In the Best Actor (Leading Role) category, Ajay Devgn, Rajkummar Rao, Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Hrithik Roshan, Kartik Aaryan. Whereas, in Best Actress (Leading Role), Alia Bhatt, Bhumi Pednekar, Janhvi Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Tabu are nominated.
