HIT 3 Release Date: With Sailesh Kolanu directing, actor Nani is gearing up for his upcoming crime action thriller, HIT 3. Fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the Tamil movie soon after the makers dropped the trailer. Wall Poster Cinema, in collaboration with Unanimous Productions backed the movie. The HIT franchise's previous successful installments were also directed by Sailesh Kolanu. Here's everything you need to learn about this much awaited franchise, including its release date, cast, plot and more.

HIT 3 Release Date, Cast And Plot Details

HIT 3 will hit the big screens on May 1, 2025. The cast of the Tamil movie features Nani in the lead role as SP Arjun Sarkaar IPS. Srinidhi Shetty plays Mrudula, while Surya Srinivas appears as ASP Ravi IPS. Adil Pala portrays SI Zubair Ahmed Khan from the same unit.

HIT 3 also stars veteran actor Rao Ramesh, Adarsh Balakrishna, Ravi Mariya, and Maganti Srinath in prominent roles.

The plot of HIT 3 centers on Nani's character Arjun Sarkaar saying that a criminal can only be found in two places: a grave or a prison cell. The story swiftly switches to a 9-month-old baby being abducted, with a distraught mother begging for assistance. In his relentless quest to save the infant, Arjun leaves a path of cut heads and broken bones in his wake. When a rival tells him he won't last, Arjun responds in style that he's heard the same thing since the beginning of his quest, as per the trailer.

HIT 3 Budget And OTT Details

HIT 3, which was once planned with a minimal budget, has grown significantly as a result of its high-end action sequences. Nani, who is also the movie's co-producer, is reportedly making significant financial investments to guarantee that the movie would live up to high production standards.

Numerous reports claim that HIT 3, which was filmed in ten states, is among the most expensive movies Nani has ever produced. The action scenes and the technicians are said to have cost the producers a fortune.

With a production budget of Rs 64 crore, HIT 3 is also the priciest movie of Nani's career. Nearly 90% of the movie's expenditure was covered by the OTT rights sale alone, therefore it is already profitable. Distributors have also demonstrated their significant belief in the concept by purchasing the theatrical rights for notable people.

HIT: The First Case - The first part, which was led by Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma, released in 2022. The first part has been made on a budget of approximately Rs 6.2 crore. The movie brought in an estimated Rs 8 crore worldwide, according to sacnilk.

HIT: The Second Case - The sequel in the HIT franchise, was reportedly produced for a budget of Rs 15 crore. According to sacnilk, HIT 2's box office receipts in India was Rs 25.92 crore. Among those who played important roles in the sequel were Meenakshi Chaudhary, Adivi Sesh, Komalee Prasad, Suhas, Divya Narni, and Nani.
