Jubilee's official trailer features Aparshakti Khurana, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Prosenjit Chatterjee in lead roles which tells the tale of old Bollywood. Prosenjit Chatterjee essaying the owner of Roy Talkies with his wife portrayed by Aditi Rao Hydari, having an affair with a rising star Madan Kumar.
The furious studio head then brings the entry of Aparkshakti Khurana and gives him the name and stardom of Madan Kumar. However, there is always a price of stardom that eventually affects the beloved star of India.
In the trailer, actress Wamiqa Gabbi is also seen playing the role of a young singer with big aspirations to join the film fraternity, and Ram Kapoor is Madan Kumar's champion and supporter. While actor Sidhant Gupta can be seen playing the role of an aspiring filmmaker Jay Khanna.
The period drama is made on a grand scale with beautiful and aesthetic costumes and designs. Having a string of original songs created for the series, the music composition has been given by Amit Trivedi. The performances of Aparshakti Khurana, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Sidhant Gupta are notable at a first glance, whereas Aditi Rao Hydari's character is on a trial to expose her husband's scandals.
The 10-episode web series will be available on Amazon Prime Video and is helmed by Vikramaditya Motwani. The show will be released in two halves with the first part premiering on April 7 and will have five episodes, whereas the next five will be released on April 24.

According to a report in Hindustan Times, Vikramaditya Motwani said, "While the series is set in that celebrated era of cinema, at its core, Jubilee is a very human story, with narrative themes that will resonate with everyone – which is what drew me to the story in the first place."
Vikramaditya Motwani also co-created the show with Soumik Sen, whereas Atul Sabharwal has written the dialogues and screenplay of the show.
