JE Entertainment Desk: Anime has gained huge popularity in India and in recent years, 'Jujutsu Kaisen' has gained the top spot in one of the most loved anime series. The show is all set to return for its second season which has created a lot of excitement amongst the audience. The makers of 'Jujutsu Kaisen' have given a new update about the second season.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Episodes:

'Jujutsu Kaisen' Season 2 will have a total of 23 episodes with 20 to 30 minutes of run time, according to reports. The show is slated to release on Netflix and Crunchyroll on July 6.

The first season of 'Jujutsu Kaisen' was released in 2021 and became an instant hit. Later, a movie titled 'Jujutsu Kaisen 0' was released.

The show revolves around a high school student Yuji Itadori, who joins a secret organization of Jujutsu Sorcerers to eliminate a powerful Curse, named Ryomen Sukuna, of whom Yuji becomes the host.

'Jujutsu Kaisen' sold over 70 million copies in 2022, making it one of the best-selling manga series of all time. The manga series is written and illustrated by Gege Akutami and has been serialised in Shueisha's shōnen manga magazine Weekly Shōnen Jump.

Recently, another popular anime 'Demon Slayer' ended its third season and has already announced its fourth season as well. The show revolves around Tanjiro Kamado, whose family gets killed by demons and his only surviving sister, Nezuku, has turned into a demon. To avenge the death of his family and turn his sister back into a human, he joins the Demon Slayer Corps.
