Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor are all set to make their theatrical debut together in a film. The romantic comedy drama has been titled as Loveyapa. The film is set to redefine modern-day romantic comedies. It is a tale of love and its complications with a mix of fun and laughter which shapes to be a cinematic treat. Loveyapa is set to be released in theatres on February 7, 2025. It has been directed by Advait Chandan and produced by Phantom Studios and AGS Entertainment. 

The makers of the film shared the title of the film. Zee Studios wrote on X, “Situationship? Relationship? Love ka syapa? ya Loveyapa? Earlier this year, the makers announced the release date of Loveyapa. They wrote on their social media handles, “SAVE THE DATE!!! 7-2-25 #junaidkhan @advaitchandan @khushi05k @archanakalpathi @aishwaryakalpathi @fuhsephantom @agsentertainment @zeestudiosofficial.” 

Junaid Khan, son of Aamir Khan made his Bollywood debut with Maharaj which was released on Netflix this year. The film was critically acclaimed and Junaid’s performance was highly appreciated. Maharaj also stars Sharvari Wagh, Shalini Pandey, Jaideep Ahlawat, Ananya Agarwal and Mark Bennington in key roles. 

On the other hand, Khushi Kapoor made her Bollywood debut with Zoya Akhtar’s film The Archies which was released on Netflix in 2023. The movie also features Suhana Khan, Agastya Nanda, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi Saigal, Yuvraj Menda and Alyy Khan in prominent roles.

Earlier this year, Junaid talked about his comparison with his father Aamir Khan. He told PTI, “It hasn't happened to me so far. Papa and I are physically very different, so we’d never play similar kinds of characters. It doesn’t bother me, and I haven’t experienced it yet.”
