The highly anticipated reunion of BTS is just around the corner, but a brewing controversy has ignited a firestorm among Jungkook's devoted solo fans. The uproar began when BigHit Music's official X account shared an article showcasing the impressive solo Spotify achievements of BTS members, but conspicuously left out Jungkook. This snub has sparked widespread outrage and disappointment among Jungkook's solo stans, who are now advocating for the talented singer to part ways with his agency, HYBE.

The calls for Jungkook's departure from HYBE have culminated in the hashtag Jungkook Leave HYBE trending on the microblogging site as fans express their discontent and concern for the artist's well-being and career.

BTS' agency shared a post highlighting the group's dominance on Spotify's charts in the second half of 2024, with half of the top 10 most-streamed songs belonging to BTS members' solo tracks.
