Kabir Khan and Salman Khan's successful collaborations have sparked speculation about their reunion in the reportedly titled film Babbar Sher. The actor and director have worked together on films like Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, building a strong professional bond over the years. Reports about their reunion surfaced online, but Kabir recently denied any discussions about the much-talked-about movie. He explained how the rumours started and clarified that nothing is happening right now.

Kabir Khan addressed the rumours about his collaboration with Salman Khan for Babbar Sher in a conversation with India Today Digital. He said, "That’s unfounded. As a director, I meet actors, and we chat, and, of course, Salman is someone who has played such a strong role in my career, so I keep chatting with him. I think when I went to meet him once, that conversation happened, and that name Babbar Sher came up. I think it was an exciting name, so people picked it up. But no, there’s actually nothing right now."

Talking about his upcoming projects, Kabir Khan added, "I myself don’t know what I’m going to be announcing in three months."

Meanwhile, Salman Khan is busy preparing for his upcoming movie Sikandar, which also stars Rashmika Mandanna. Written and directed by A.R. Murugadoss, the film is backed by Sajid Nadiadwala and is set to release this Eid.

In addition, Salman is making headlines for his collaboration with director Atlee for a high-octane entertainer movie. However, the latest update suggests the project has been delayed due to several reasons, including a date conflict with Rajinikanth. A source quoted by Pinkvilla stated, "A6 with Salman Khan was always planned as a two-hero project, and the intent was to rope in two top names from the North and South to justify the mammoth budget of Rs 650 crore. While Salman Khan approved the film, Atlee and Sun Pictures were confident about roping in either Kamal Haasan or Rajinikanth for the film. The conversations with both giants of Tamil cinema continued for over six months, but things didn’t fall in place for multiple reasons."
