Reddit users and online sleuths compared details such as the same beach beds, similar towel placements, and even a volleyball net in the background. Screenshots were widely shared, leading many to believe that the two were holidaying together. The situation gained further attention whenfans claimed Kartik had unfollowed Karina on Instagram shortly after the rumours surfaced.

According to reports, Karina Kubiliute is a student studying in the UK and has been described as a cheerleader. Her age has also become a talking point online, with reports suggesting she is 18, while Kartik Aaryan is 35. As speculation continued to grow, Karina finally addressed the rumours. A screenshot shared by a netizen shows Karina responding to a comment under a post. Her message read, “I’m not his gffff!!!” The reply quickly went viral and was widely interpreted as her denying any romantic involvement with the actor. Another screenshot circulating on social media shows Karina replying to a netizen warning her about Kartik. In response, she wrote, “I'm not his gffff!!!! (girlfriend).” Despite the growing online chatter, neither Kartik Aaryan nor Karina has released an official statement through their representatives.
