Kim Soo Hyun's alleged relationship with the late Kim Sae-Ron when she was a minor have put him at the center of controversy. Additionally, he has been charged with pushing her to 'repay a 700 million won (approximately $481,200)' penalty. Many on social media are demanding that the actor must be removed from the entertainment industry.

Good Day Edits Kim Soo Hyun's Footage

In light of the ongoing controversy involving actor Kim Soo-hyun, Good Day, a variety show on MBC, has chosen to remove his content from the show. According to a Soompi report, the show's production team has issued a statement discussing the 'gravity of the controversy.'

The production team has further discussed how, following the scandal, they removed the actor's footage from the most recent episode. Additionally, the group has pledged to 'edit out Soo-hyun's appearances as much as possible' from the Kdrama.

 Kim Soo Hyun's Standees Taken Down

As fans around the world voice their displeasure about Kim Soo Hyun's suspected prior connection, his standees are being pulled down. Several clips of Kim Soo Hyun's posters and standees being taken down from different locations went viral on the internet on March 16. 

A particularly popular video shows a hospital employee taking a Kim Soo Hyun standee out of a medical institution. The brutal caption on the post read, "Collecting trash from the hospital."

A number of well-known companies have canceled their agreements with Kim Soo Hyun as a result of the ongoing scandal. The most recent surprise came when the actor's contract with premium company PRADA was ended in December 2024, only three months prior.

Kim Soo Hyun's fans, who once admired him but are now turning away from him due to the dating scandal with Kim Sae Ron when she was a minor.
