On Saturday, Rohit Shetty's adrenaline-pumping reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, culminated with the grand finale. Dino James emerged triumphant, securing the title of the season's winner. The rapper-singer outshone his competitors, Arjit Taneja and Aishwarya Sharma, and claimed the coveted trophy, a cash prize of Rs 20 lakh, and a brand new car. In a post-victory interview, Dino James candidly shared his emotions and thoughts on the win.
Speaking to Indian Express, he said, "I still can’t believe that I have the trophy in my hand. I actually cried like a baby after the final task, I don’t know why though." He added, "There was no fear but it’s also a game of timing and luck. So, that had to be with you so that you could emerge as a winner."

Dino further said, "I am thankful for life. I have become calmer, and enjoy smaller things now. I really feel one should be on this show to get closer to oneself. Popularity, fame, and even fun come along but it does so much more to you as a human."

While the show was ongoing, a segment of the online audience claimed that the makers were showing favoritism towards Aishwarya Sharma. Dino was asked if there was any truth to this assertion. The rapper said, "Not at all. See everyone has their opinion. Maybe these fans liked someone else and felt otherwise for someone else. I was there on the show and there were no biases. Honestly, luck also plays an important part in a show like this. There was no one who could do shock stunts as Aishwarya. There was no voting and you have to attempt a stunt to win, and that cannot be fabricated. So it was all fair.”
