Kingston Box Office Collection Day 4: GV Prakash and Divyabharathi starrer Tamil fantasy horror adventure drama movie released in theatres on March 7. The film has received mixed responses from the audience and the critics. Kingston has been performing at a slow pace at the box office. On its first Monday, the film saw a major drop in numbers at the ticket windows. This brings a question, if the movie will be able to cross Rs 10 crore this week. Currently, it has collected less than Rs 5 crore.

As per Sacnilk, the movie earned Rs 0.4 crore on day 4. The net collection of Kingston stands at Rs 3.54 crore. The film had 12.01 per cent Tamil occupancy on Monday. It had 9.96 per cent occupancy in the morning shows, 14.34 per cent in the afternoon shows, 12.18 per cent in the evening shows and 11.54 per cent in the night shows.

Kingston Budget 

According to several media reports, the movie was made on a budget of Rs 20 crore. As of now, it seems difficult for the film to cross the budget mark. 

About Kingston 

The story is about the sea off the coast of Thoovathor, which was cursed following a paranormal event in 1982. A daring sea smuggler named Kingston, who ventures into the haunted waters with his friends to break the curse. The movie stars GV Prakash, Divyabharathi, Sabumon Abdusamad, Elango Kumaravel and Chetan in key roles. It has been directed by Kamal Prakash and produced by GV Prakash.
