Koffee With Karan 8 Highlights: Once again, Karan Johar's Koffee With Karan Season 8 has returned with a brand new episode. The twelfth installment featured a nostalgic journey through Bollywood's golden era, with veteran actresses Zeenat Aman and Neetu Kapoor gracing the iconic couch. In this episode, the OG ladies shared insights into their experiences in the industry, discussing their films, children, and more. Neetu offered marriage advice to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, and candidly spoke about Raha. On the other hand, Zeenat delved into her Instagram journey, revealing how it led her to explore a different side of herself. She also expressed her preferences for the lead role in her potential biopic.

Zeenat Aman on Instagram

Expressing her admiration for Instagram, veteran actress Zeenat Aman mentioned how she discovered the platform to be a delightful experience. She revealed, "It wasn't me, it was my kids. It was my younger son and his partner."

She revealed, "I think Instagram is such a wonderful platform if used correctly. It gives you a voice, provides a space to express yourself authentically, not dictated by a third or fourth person's definition of you. I was overwhelmed with the love and affection, completely overwhelmed."

Neetu's marriage advice for Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt

In the rapid-fire segment, Karan Johar posed a question to JugJugg Jeeyo actress about one thing from her marriage that she wished Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor would embrace. Neetu replied, "Nothing. Because in today's day and age, do what you want to do. Just be happy. And also, every generation is different. Neetu Kapoor speaks about Raha

In the course of their conversation, the Karan Johar extended congratulations to Neetu for her granddaughter Raha Kapoor turning one. While discussing the little one, the actress revealed details about the friendly 'mini battle' she engages in with Alia Bhatt and her mother, Soni Razdan, regarding Raha.

She said "At my home, the baby is growing. I keep instructing the help to tell her to say papa. But Soni says to tell her to say mumma." To this, the host-filmmaker added, "You’re having this mini battle." Continuing, she said, "So, I went the other day to the house and Alia says, ‘Oh, by the way, she said mumma. So, I said, she didn’t say mumma but she said mum-mum. So, don’t be so happy," she laughed added that she’s saying da-da and not na-na. so I'm happy with that."

Zeenat Aman's Biopic

In the rapid-fire round, Karan Johar asked, "If a biopic were to be made on you, which actor from the current lot should play you?" Zeenat Aman promptly responded, 'Priyanka Chopra.' Also, when asked to pick an actress from the current generation who she thinks would be ideal to portray her character of Rupa in a hypothetical 'Satyam Shivam Sundaram 2.' Neetu Kapoor on Jaya Bachchan's interaction with paps

During a discussion about airport looks, Karan Johar brought up the observation that Neetu Kapoor has a distinct approach compared to Jaya Bachchan when interacting with the paparazzi. In response, Neetu smiled and commented, "I feel Jaya Ji does it on purpose. She did it once. Now she does it on purpose, she is not like that. She is so lovely. They (paps) enjoy and she enjoys it, so I think they are all in cahoots."
