Late Singer KK's Last Song 'Dilbaro' From Film Samara Makes Fans Emotional | Watch

Singer KK passed away aged 53. Krishnakumar Kunnath was more than just a singer; he was a complex personality who connected with everyone through his captivating voice. The legendary late singer’s song 'Dilbaro' was released recently and if the reports are to be believed, it is the last recording he made before his demise. The song 'Dilbaro' is from the film 'Samara'.

The music video, 'Dilbaro', recently premiered on T-series’ official YouTube channel and it has been garnering immense love from KK’s fans since release. The song has garnered over 9,50,000 views in less than 24 hours.

Deepak Warrier has composed the music for the film 'Samara', while the song’s lyrics were written by Shaik Tabrez, Yusuf Baig, Sharat Nath and Maguvi.

Soon after the song was dropped on YouTube, fans dropped heartfelt reactions, as evident from the comments section. A fan commented, “New song of KK sir on His son's b'day.. On this very day, July 24 in 1994(the day His son was born) He began his musical journey in Mumbai with jingle. Complete circle. KKForever,” another one wrote, “It feels like KK SIR is still here with so many new songs. Irreplaceable. What a gem we lost,” a netizen also commented, “No new song gives that feeling but KK Sir's voice brings that charm,” while others also dropped emotional reactions.

KK’s Death

Krishna Kumar Kunnath, popularly known as KK died on May 31, 2022, in Kolkata, after a performance in Kolkata. He was in the city for a two-day concert, and felt ill during an event at Nazrul Mancha. 

In the middle of the concert, KK complained of uneasiness, but he continued to perform until the end of the event. He was then taken to a five-star hotel in Esplanade, where his health worsened, and unfortunately, he passed away before reaching the hospital.
