Leo Day 1 Box Office Predictions: After months of anticipation, Thalapathy Vijay’s Leo is all set for its theatrical release. The movie, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, also stars Sanjay Dutt and Trisha Krishnan in lead roles. As the movie will grace the theatres on October 19, experts have already started predicting about the movie’s Day 1 box office collections.
According to trade analyst Ramesh Bala, Leo is poised to mark the most significant opening in Vijay's career. He said, as per Times Now, "Leo is having a huge expectation from fans, thanks to Vijay, and the film's director Lokesh Kanagaraj. He is currently the most-wanted director in Tamil cinema right now. So he has made a film like Leo, with a huge actor like Vijay, it means that the audience wants to watch this movie to know what's in store."
"I am expecting the film to do about Rs 30 crore in Tamil Nadu if there are no 4 am or 7 am shows. The film might do a business of Rs 60 crore all over India,” he further added.
Movie analyst Siddharth Srinivasan said that the film has extraordinary hype and the makers are leaving no stone unturned to promote it. He said, "Worldwide, Leo will become the first Tamil film to do a business of Rs 100 crore on day 1."
