'Lovely Runner' has become the latest Kdrama to make fans swoon with the heartfelt romance and has also kept the viewers captivated with its intriguing plot. As the show is heading towards its finale, fans are eager to know if Im Sol and Ryun Sun Jae will get a happy ending or not. 'Lovely Runner' has become a huge success in South Korea and has gained wide acclaim internationally as well. Amid the massive popularity of the lead cast, Byeon Woo-seok and Kim Hye-yoon, fans wondered if the popular OTT platform Netflix would stream 'Lovely Runner'.

The official Instagram page of Netflix Korea shared an appreciation post for Kim Hey Yoon and praised her versatility. Several fans speculated if Netflix will pick 'Lovely Runner' to stream after its much-awaited finale, whereas, other netizens asked Netflix to cast in a project.

'Lovely Runner' revolves around Im Sol, who is shattered by the sudden demise of her favourite star, Ryu Sun Jae. Her life takes a dramatic turn when she time-slips to 2008 when Sun Jae is still alive and 19 years old. Amid the process of saving Sun Jae and changing her future, Im Sol falls in love with him.

'Lovely Runner Ep 16' will release on Rakuten Viki on May 28.

While speaking to OSEN, Byeon Woo-Seok talked about his amazing chemistry with Kim Hye-Yoon in 'Lovely Runner'. He said, "My chemistry with actress Kim Hye-Yoon was so good that it cannot be expressed in words." He added, "I had a firm faith in actress Kim Hye-Yoon, who had a lot of romantic comedy experience, and thanks to that, I was able to act comfortably."

Further talking about the plot of 'Lovely Runner', he said, "In the 34-year-old present, Seon-Jae becomes Sol’s favourite, and in the 19-year-old past, Sol becomes Seon-Jae’s favourite, and they are entangled in a relationship that saves both sides. This is the point of differentiation."

The show also stars Song Geon Hee, Lee Seung Hyub, Jung Young Ju, Seong Byeong Sook, Song Ji Ho, Seo Hey Won and Kim Won Hae in supporting roles.
