Vishnu Prasad Death: Popular Malayalam movie actor Vishnu Prasad passed away. Prasas had complications related to liver disease for which he had been undergoing treatment for several days. The actor breathed his last at a private hospital in Ernakulam. Vishnu’s fellow actor Kishore Sathya confirmed the news on Facebook

Kishore wrote on the social media app, “പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടവരേ, ഒരു സങ്കട വാർത്ത... വിഷ്ണു പ്രസാദ് അന്തരിച്ചു. കുറച്ച് നാളുകളായി രോബാധിതനായി ചികിത്സയിൽ ആയിരുന്നു. ആദരാജ്ഞലികൾ... അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ അകാല വിയോഗം നേരിടാൻ കുടുംബത്തിന് ശക്തിയുണ്ടാവട്ടെ എന്നും പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു. (Dear all, A very sad news... Vishnu Prasad has passed away. Was under treatment for fever for some time. Condolences... Praying that the family may have the strength to face his untimely demise…)

Who was Vishnu Prasad?

Actor Vishnu Prasad made his film debut in the Tamil movie Kaasi. The movie was directed by Vinayan. He made notable appearances in other Malayalam movies like  Kai Ethum Doorath, Runway, Maampazhakkaalam, Lion, Ben Johnson, among others.

Not only thus, Vishnu was an active member of organizations like AMMA (Association of Malayalam Movie Artists) and ATMA (Association of Television Media Artists).
