Replying to the tweet, a user wrote, "SRK also avoided handshakes."

"Excellent !! Whoever is handling this is simply innovative" wrote another user.

The twitter account of Mumbai police has a huge fanbase thanks to their quirky and witty tweets.

A recent tweet by Mumbai Police reminded people to stay away from the streets. The meme was inspired by the famous dialogue of Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao-starrer 'O Stree Kal Aana'. 'O Corona Kabhi Mat Aana' (Corona never come) they wrote on the micro-blogging website.

Recently they had also shared the importance of enjoying the lockdown period with your family and friends. It showed what police personnel would have done if they had the opportunity to stay with their families.

Amid the ongoing crisis, almost all the tweets by the department are reminding people to follow precautionary measures and the importance of staying at home.
