Match Fixing Movie Review: Directed by Kedaar Gaekwad, Match Fixing- The Nation At Stake delves into the political realm of the nation and raises big questions. Based on the book 'The Game Behind Saffron Terror' by Col. Kanwar Khatana, this political thriller aims to challenge your thinking and brings a strong storyline with powerful performances by the cast including Vineet Kumar Singh, Anuja Sathe, Manoj Joshi, Raj Arjun, Shataf Figar, Lalit Parimoo, Kishore Kadam and others. Produced by Pallavi Gurjar, the film blends suspense, action, and drama with superb performances, making it a must-watch.

Set between 2004 and 2008, the story follows Col. Avinash Patwardhan, an undercover army officer who stumbles upon a dangerous conspiracy. The plot is centred around the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, and it shows how certain political forces manipulated the truth about terrorism for their gain. The film reveals how Hindu extremists were wrongfully blamed for the attacks as part of a political scheme. Col. Patwardhan’s investigation into this conspiracy takes him deep into the world of political manipulation, international intrigue, and the struggle for power. It's a gripping story that aims to keep you on the edge of your seat while forcing you to think about the way truth is often twisted for political agendas.

The strength of the movie Match Fixing lies in director Kedaar Gaekwad’s powerful direction as he brings sensitivity while portraying such a complex topic. His cinematography plays a huge role in making the film feel realistic and immersive. Vineet Kumar Singh delivers a powerful performance as Col. Avinash Patwardhan. Known for his role in Mukkabaaz, Vineet brings depth and authenticity to the character of an undercover officer torn between duty and morality. His portrayal is both emotional and intense, perfectly capturing his character's inner conflict. The supporting cast, including Anuja Sathe, Manoj Joshi, and Raj Arjun, all deliver strong performances. Raj Arjun plays the role of a Pakistani Colonel with perfection. He brings a unique depth to the role, making the character more than just a typical antagonist.

The music of Match Fixing is composed by Rimi Dhar, and it fits perfectly with the film’s tone. The opening anthem, sung by Daler Mehndi, sets an energetic and political tone for the movie.
