Karan Mehra enrolled in class 10 at Wynberg Allen School in Mussoorie. He thereafter relocated to Delhi, where he attended Delhi Public School (DPS) to finish his intermediate schooling (class 10–12). The TV actor studied advertising and sales promotion at Delhi College of Arts and Commerce, DCAC (DU).

Karan Veer Mehra's Personal Life
Karan Veer Mehra was married to Devika Mehra, his childhood sweetheart from 2009 to 2018, although their marriage was turbulent. To further complicate his personal story, he later married actress Nidhi Seth in 2021, but the two parted ways in 2023.
