Met Gala 2024 has officially kickstarted with celebrities from around the world arriving at this extravagant event. Kpop stars have also graced the white carpet and BLACKPINK member Jennie and group Stray Kids attended the Met Gala this year. After posing for cameras and slaying at the event, Jennie and Stray Kids were clicked together inside the venue.
Stray Kids wore outfits designed by Tommy Hilfiger as all the members were the global brand ambassadors.

Jennie looked absolutely stunning in a blue mini-dress. The dress features a draped hemline with an asymmetrical cut and details on one shoulder.

On the work front, Jennie launched her solo label 'ODD ATELIER' but decided to stay associated with her agency YG Entertainment for the group activities with BLACKPINK. Talking about going on her solo journey, Jennie said, "I wanted to do group activities with the company I had been with for seven years, but I wanted to be freer and more comfortable in my individual activities, so I carefully founded a company called OA. I will work with the crew I have been with for a long time. I wanted to be able to do all my activities freely.”
She earlier appeared in the variety show 'Apartment 404', which is streaming on Prime Video. The singer also teamed up with Kpop star Zico for the song 'Spot'. In the behind the scene video of 'Spot', Zico revealed he always wanted to collaborate with Jennie and prepared six songs for her.

Stray Kids will collaborate with American singer-composer Charlie Puth for their single 'Lose My Breath', which will release on May 10, 2024. The group earlier released their OST 'Why?' for a Japanese drama. Expressing the excitement on the release of 'WHY?', Stray Kids said in the statement, "We are excited for our first Japanese drama OST work. We prepared the lyrics to express the protagonist's journey, and we hope that, along with 'WHY?', viewers will also enjoy the depth and worldview of the drama."
The group will headline Lollapalooza 2024 this year and will perform alongside SZA, Tyler the Creator, and The Killers. The event will be held in Chicago from August 1-4.
