Additionally, a video of her weeping on stage and expressing regret to the audience went viral. The singer later disclosed in a statement that the organisers fled without making payments and that her band was not given access to basic supplies like water, food, or lodging.
Neha Kakkar claimed that her followers were the reason they went on stage for the performance in spite of everything.

Neha Kakkar's Melbourne concert scandal has taken a new turn. The concert organisers have responded to the her remarks drawing attention to the poor management that caused delays during her performance.
In the most recent development, the organisers claimed that she was responsible for a loss of Rs 4.52 crore. Beats Production, the concert organisers, shared a thorough cost breakdown for her performances in Sydney and Melbourne, alleging that they had been prohibited from playing in the Margaret Court Arena because of her 'unprofessionalism.'
Additionally, they said that they were expelled from both Sydney and Melbourne's Crown Towers because Neha Kakkar was seen smoking in the artist's room, which is illegal in Australia.

The organisers responded to Neha Kakkar's complaints that she was not given food, water, or hotel accommodations during a March 28 Facebook Live session by claiming that all required preparations had been done. A video of Neha arriving at the airport, meeting the organisers, and being brought to her car, with many automobiles set up for her comfort, was shared on Instagram to bolster their allegation.
Sharing the video on Instagram, the makers captioned the video, "Here are the proof. There were plenty of cars in Melbourne."
