2. Bull Race (Kambala)
The Kambala race sequence from the 2022 hot film was shot without a body double. The actor raced alongside the bulls for over 24 hours of filming, all while directing the film. The sheer physical intensity and authenticity of his performance elevated the scene.
3. Rishab Shetty's Physical Transformation
The appearance in Kantara: Chapter 1 reveals a drastic physical transformation. Rishab appears bulked up and chiselled, embodying the strength and intensity of his character with remarkable discipline and preparation.
4. Horse Riding

5. Abstaining From Non-Vegetarian Food And Footwear
For certain sacred sequences, such as the Bhuta Kola portions of Kantara: Chapter 1, he restricted himself from eating non-vegetarian food and stopped wearing footwear to show respect for the divinity he believes in.
6. Kalaripayattu
Rishab Shetty also took on Kalaripayattu, one of the oldest martial arts in the world. He underwent a year-long rigorous training program to master its movements, ensuring his form and agility were authentic on screen.
