Ranveer Singh is currently basking in the massive success of his latest release, Dhurandhar, which has smashed records at the box office within just ten days. The film has entered the Rs 300 crore club. After playing the lead role in Aditya Dhar's spy thriller, he has several projects lined up for his fans. Following Dhurandhar's success, Ranveer will be gearing up for Farhan Akhtar's much-awaited Don 3, and reportedly another film, tentatively titled Pralay. Ranveer's upcoming zombie thriller is expected to go on floors in mid-2026.
Ranveer Singh Ready To Lead Zombie Thriller Pralay?
As per a Mid-Day report, Ranveer is to star in Pralay, a zombie thriller, which will be helmed by Jai Mehta, son of acclaimed filmmaker Hansal Mehta. The story of the film is said to follow the protagonist's fight for survival, exploring social, emotional and moral collapse.
Revealing Pralay's shooting schedule, a source said, "Don 3, helmed by Farhan Akhtar, will roll first in 2026. After that, Ranveer will focus on Pralay. The final timeline will be locked in January after he gets his Don 3 schedule."
"Large sections of the city will be digitally aged, to give it an abandoned look. Parts of the film will be shot in Mumbai, before moving to other locations," a source added.
However, official confirmation about the film is yet to be made by the makers.

Apart from Pralay, Ranveer Singh also has Aditya Dhar's Dhurandhar 2 Revenge, which is slated for a theatrical release on March 19, 2026. The sequel is set to face a box office clash with Yash’s Toxic on the same day.

Before Dhurandhar’s theatrical release on December 5, Aditya Dhar confirmed that a sequel was in the works. This was followed by an offical announcement through the post-credits scene of the first part, along with the release date of Dhurandhar 2. Besides Ranveer, the blockbuster film also features Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, and Sara Arjun in pivotal roles.
