Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has finally addressed one of the most talked-about questions: whether her daughter Aaradhya is on social media. During her appearance at the Red Sea Film Festival, the actress revealed that Aaradhya does not have any official social media accounts. She further clarified that profiles circulating online are not managed by her daughter or by her family in any way. She expressed gratitude to well-wishers, but flagged that the existing accounts are fake. Aishwarya also reflected on how social media can distract people from authenticity and reality.

Aishwarya Reveals Aaradhya Is Not On Social Media

Speaking at the event, Aishwarya said, "The things that are out there, sometimes people believe that's hers, no it isn't. There is some well-wisher out there who's made it, I guess. Obviously it comes from a place of love for Aaradhya, for my family, for my husband, for me, and you know, thank you for all your love, but that isn't her, she's not on social media."

Sharing her thoughts and personal experience about the use of social media, the actress stated, "The thing about social media is that they are a part of life today. It is used as a platform to engage, to kind of share your professional work, for companies that engage with you to want to put the communication out, for colleagues to want to kind of encourage people's possible career opportunities. Yes, there's a lot of positives in that. But, there's a lot. Everybody is on their phone, and everybody gets consumed. So that is our reality, there's no turning away from it."

Aishwarya also urged everyone to disconnect from social media noise on time and focus more on real life. "It's important to shut out the noise, it's important to sieve through, it is important to recognise that this is not really the fulcrum of your existence. This cannot be the validation of your truth. And if you find yourself getting lost in that, you need to detox, you need to cut off and get back in touch with your own reality. Because keeping it real is becoming more and more important," she added.
